YES!!!! We are back for 2018. Supper Club time is here again. We are starting the year off special. In September of 2017 Chef Eric was contacted by Steve & Rose Cagle of Cagle Farms. They were starting to raise pigs and wanted us to be one of the first. They raise Tamworth pigs through pasture/forest raising program. Meaning they are allowed to move and graze on what is natural. We are looking forward to having Steve and Rose join us for dinner on the 31st.
Chef Eric has invited Executive Chef/Owner Marcus Garner of Wine Down in Ooltewah to create this special Supper Club.
Cocktails at 6pm | 1st course around 6:30pm
Price: $35 per person, +tax and gratuity
