Join us this weekend to try the best we have to offer - Kobe Beef Strip Loin. We have brought in the top 6% of all available Kobe. You can't find this anywhere else in the South East.

We will be using Japanese Binchotan charcoal, which cooks at 1200°-1400°. This high heat gives a nice sear to the meat.

We have Kobe available all week. This weekend we will feature a 5oz cut for $69 served with grilled Maitake mushrooms and a rec chile miso glace.
