A three-time James Beard Award semi-finalist, he has found his “place” in Charleston, a coastal city rich with fresh bounty from the land and sea, and a long way from land-locked Ohio where he was born. Recognized by magazines, television and newspapers nationwide, Chef Ken grew up cooking in his grandmother’s kitchen under her passionate, Italian-influenced tutelage. The Bald Headed Bistro is pleased to offer Supper Club reservations for Wednesday , November 18 at 6 p.m. Due to the high volume of reservation requests, a credit card is now required to book seats for $25 per person.
