For the month of November, we are pleased to announce that Ken Vedrinski will be joining Chef Eric Fulkerson for a one-night only event. A three-time James Beard Award semi-finalist, he has found his “place” in Charleston, a coastal city rich with fresh bounty from the land and sea, and a long way from land-locked Ohio where he was born. Recognized by magazines, television and newspapers nationwide, Chef Ken grew up cooking in his grandmother’s kitchen under her passionate, Italian-influenced tutelage. With a devoted local following and industry acclaim, Chef Ken is redefining Italian cuisine in the Lowcountry at Trattoria Lucca and the newly opened Coda del Pesce.
