Chef Wesley True is a two time James Beard Semi-finalist for 'Best Chef South'. He attended the Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, NY. Chef True has trained beneath & worked with many celebrity chefs including Bobby Flay, Marcus Samuelson, Patricia Yeo, Brad Farmerie, Ford Fry, & David Bouley. He accredits his creative and avant-garde approach to cooking to his mentor, Chef Cesar Ramirez.
Chef True was featured on Bravo’s Top Chef Season 13 as a Cheftestant as well as many national publications such as Southern Living, Garden & Gun, USA today, Shape, & Cooking Light.
When Chef Wesley is not cooking he enjoys spending time with his family, building vintage guitars, and keeping up with his love of flying.
